For my partner's birthday I was approached by a good friend who wanted to celebrate him by brewing a special beer. To which I responded that I would obviously love to do the design and this resulted in "Ølhund", or "Beer hound". Other than being inspired by my furbaby (i.e my dog) I took my main source of inspiration from traditional Japanese emblems with simple lines and specific signs or elements. I decided to also scale it up for a potential tote bag and poster, all of which you can see below.
